Delete Your Account
Delete your account in the app
- Open The KIN App and sign in.
- Go to your Profile, or open the menu (☰).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Your profile, reviews, and check-in history are permanently deleted from KIN's systems as soon as you confirm.
What may be retained
We retain certain records for a limited period after account deletion where we're required to by law — for example, payment and transaction records for tax purposes, and information needed to prevent fraud or abuse. This retained data is not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove individual content. You can delete marketplace listings, job posts, community events you created, and saved/favorited businesses directly in the app at any time.
For anything else — including a request to delete only specific personal data — email us at kelvin@kinvestguidance.com from the email address associated with your account and we'll process the request.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app but want your account and data deleted, email us at kelvin@kinvestguidance.com from the email address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
